Xiaolong Liu
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Since 1990, he has been involved in the development and construction of Pudong New Area. He has served as General Manager of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Development Co., Ltd., Chairman of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Standing Member of Shanghai Science and Technology Association, Representative of Shanghai's 13th People's Congress, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Modern Service Industry Federation, and Vice Director of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Administrative Committee.
- Established and served as Chairman and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Zhangjiang Sci-Tech Fund, Zhangjiang Haocheng Fund, and Zhangjiang Hanshiji Fund, investing, managing, IPO-listing, and successfully exiting over 20 projects in the fields of new energy, ICT, biomedicine and medical devices, and new media.
- Established and successfully operated microcredit lending, microcredit foreign exchange exchange, flagship incubators, Zhangjiang Innovation Academy, biomedicine R&D platform, and cultural creativity platform, enabling nearly 100 fast-growing entrepreneurial and innovative enterprises to emerge in Zhangjiang each year.
Qi Cao
President & Chief Financial Officer
Bachelor's degree in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, MBA in Australia, MPACC professional master's degree in Chinese University of Hong Kong. Served as Board Secretary of Phoenix Holdings and China Gaoxin for over 10 years, and has held positions of Chairman, General Manager, Director, and Supervisor of various subsidiaries, as well as serving as Independent Director of multiple listed companies, Vice Secretary-General of Shanghai Joint-Stock Association, and Member of Board of Directors.
- Participated in investment, management, and IPO listing exits of companies including Dazhihui Finance, Chaori Solar Energy Electronics, Jiashitang Pharmaceuticals, Ludao Cultural Creation, Huanxu Electronics, Shengmei Semiconductor, Xinmai Medical, Youlan Holdings, and others.
- Currently mentoring companies for IPO listing: Zesheng Technology, Baoteng Biotechnology, Huiyun Holdings, and others.
